The distance from Sylhet to Jaflong is about 60 kilometers. It will take about one and a half to two hours to go directly to Jaflong from Sylhet. You can go to Jaflong by bus, CNG, Laguna or microbus. Jaflongami bus leaves from Kadamtali. Local bus fare is 70 Taka per person and Gatelock non-stop bus fare is 100 Taka. If you want, you can also take a bus from Sobhanighat in Sylhet. In addition to buses, there is a local Laguna service to Jaflong.

Jaflong is known as the daughter of nature. Jaflong is one of the favorite places of interest in Sylhet district. Jaflong, near the Meghalaya border of India, is decorated with beautiful posaras in the Gowainghat upazila of Sylhet. The clear water of the Piain River flowing over the rocks, the hanging Dauki Bridge, the play of white clouds on the high hills have made Jaflong unique.
